Becoming a licensed Realtor

Because ADRE is a member of the Cambria Somerset, Pennsylvania, and National Association of Realtors® to join our team, you must first become a Realtor. If you are in the process of becoming a licensed Realtor please contact us to schedule an interview and information session. The information session is beneficial to individuals about to be licensed as we can help clear up any questions or concerns that you may have. This session will include some general information on becoming an agent as well as our company policies and procedures.

Our marketing

At ADRE our approach on marketing aids in your success as a Realtor. We use the latest online technologies to promote not only our business but our Realtors® as well. Some of our marketing includes, TV, Print, and internet .(eg. organic search, PPC)  We also utilize many social networking tools which is now the standard in daily communication across many age groups. We use these tools to the best of our ability to generate quality traffic to our website and to maintain a high and respected name recognition.

Training

ADRE offers training for all new agents and importantly, our current agents know they have someone to call to answer questions or problems that arise. We all help each other when necessary to satisfy our customers and clients needs.  (i.e. Open houses, vacations, etc.) We’ve got you covered.

No Franchise Fees

ADRE Realtors® are not required to pay franchise fees because we are a locally owned and independent agency.

Flexible Floor Time

Our floor time schedule is very flexible and not mandatory.
